Overview
The Project comprises the construction of 2 levels of parking and shared loading facilities for the Barangaroo South Development.
The basement and infrastructure scope of works consists of the basement structure (with the exception of the basement perimeter wall structure), associated non-structural elements, precinct operational areas and plant. In particular:
- 59,190m² of GFA consisting of 2 levels of parking and shared loading facilities of this area, only 20, 265m² is fitted out under this contract. The remainder of the basement will be fitted out in subsequent projects associated with commercial, residential and other buildings.
- 762 car spaces. Only 160 car spaces are completed under this contract. The remaining 602 are completed in subsequent projects.
- 67 loading dock spaces.
- District cooling plant to serve basement areas.
- Blackwater treatment plant.
- Harbour Heat Rejection plant to serve basement areas.
- The foundations, support structures and structural cores to ground level for commercial and residential buildings within the defined basement area.
- Transfer structure over the Metro Rail corridor.
- Bike Storage and amenities.
