Bob Richardson’s many years working in the property, event and construction industry and as the former Managing Director of RLB have cemented his status within the industry. Bob helped that brand develop its core values and become recognised as a leader in property, construction, cost management and advisory services.

As owner and Managing Director Bob’s reputation for professionalism and wide experience in providing the full range of services on major developments has been of particular value during the early phases of strategic planning. He has often been involved in major projects at a very senior level (often representing Government or institutional investors by providing advice in the early stages of investment and development opportunities).

Prior to joining Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) Hong Kong in 1988, SW worked in Hip Hing Construction Co., Ltd. and Yim & Associate from 1986 to 1988. In 1994, he left RLB Hong Kong to join Land Development Corporation as a Senior Assistant Contract Manager.

He rejoined RLB Hong Kong in 1995, became an Associate Director in 1996 and was appointed a Director in 2004. He joined RLB Sydney in 2013 as a Consultant. In 2014, he joined Greenland Australia as a Contract Director.

SW joined Xmirus in 2016 as a Consultant.
